Good evening members,

There is a new option now available when booking courts at the club. When making your usual booking you are asked who the opponent is. However, if you need someone to play, for example if a game you’ve booked has been cancelled, you can now choose the option “Need Opponent” by selecting “N” and this will take you to the members list where you can request to play another member.

We have created this option to try to prevent less courts being cancelled at the last minute. It will also give members an opportunity to play somebody you wouldn’t normally play.

Your feedback on how this goes will be much appreciated, so do let us know if you use the option and how it goes for you.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

Add "elysquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.

Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from elysquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email

Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ely Squash Club <elysquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ely Squash Club <elysquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from elysquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
